Exchange Policy
At JACKMAN, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the quality of your fabric. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide an Exchange on eligible items based on the conditions outlined below.
1. Exchange Eligibility Window
You may request an exchange for your purchased fabric within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
2. Condition of Product for Exchange
The core of our policy ensures fairness. An exchange can only be processed if the product meets the following strict criteria:

Original Condition: The fabric must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

No Alterations: The fabric must not be cut, stitched, washed, dyed, or altered in any way from the condition in which it was received.

Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and the product selvedge (if applicable) must be intact.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in the rejection of the exchange request. The item will be returned to the customer, and the original payment will not be refunded.
3. Scope of Exchange (Same Variety Only)
We only permit exchanges for items within the same variety (product line) as the original purchase.

Example: If you purchased Premium Cotton, you may exchange it for another color or quantity of the Premium Cotton product line. You cannot exchange it for a fabric from the Italian Worsted line.

Price Adjustment: If the exchanged item has a different price than the original purchase, the difference will be handled as store credit or additional payment as necessary.
4. The Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Exchange
Please contact the JACKMAN Customer Service team via email (thejackmanshop@gmail.com) within the 15-day window to notify us of your intent to exchange. Provide your Order Number and the details of the product you wish to receive instead.
Step 2: Product Inspection
Once we receive the returned fabric, our Quality Assurance team will conduct a thorough check to verify that the product is in its original, untouched condition (as specified in Section 2).
Step 3: Final Confirmation & Dispatch
If the inspection is successful, we will approve the exchange and dispatch the replacement product of the same variety to you. We will communicate the dispatch and tracking details promptly.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchange

The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping regarding the original fabric back to JACKMAN for inspection.

JACKMAN will cover the cost of shipping regarding the newly exchanged product back to the customer.
