What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Unstitched fabric orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Tailored garment delivery times will be confirmed upon final order placement and measurement approval.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unstitched fabric can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in its original packaging. Tailored garments are final sale due to their custom nature, but we offer free minor alteration services.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, right now we are not offering International Shipping but in near future, we are surely going to take that up too.
Fabrics & Tailoring
How do I know what fabric is right for me?
Each product page has detailed descriptions of the composition (cotton, wool, silk) and intended season. For personalized advice, please contact our client advisors.
How many meters do I need for a suit/kurta?
Standard suit length is typically 3.5 to 4 meters, and a kurta shalwar is typically 4 to 4.5 meters, depending on the desired style and size. Exact requirements are noted on the product page.
How do I place an order for tailoring services?
First, select your fabric and add it to the cart. During checkout, you will have an option to select 'Tailoring Service.' We will then contact you to collect your measurements and style preferences.
Do you provide a measurement guide?
Yes. Once you select the tailoring service, we will share a detailed visual guide to help you take accurate self-measurements at home.
What kind of alterations do you offer?
We offer complimentary minor alterations (e.g., sleeve length, pant length) on newly tailored garments within 14 days of delivery.
